I found this training very easy to follow, informative and thorough. Clear and precise which is what you need. Easy to understand everyone talking.
Very informative and helpful and hopefully my management Team don't mind me having more breaks as its highlighted / reminded me that I am getting numbness and pins and needles in my hands and bum from sitting / working for too l;ong when I thought i was taking reasonable / sensible breaks! Also hopefully i can get a better chair as the back rest slips down(over time) even when locking device is fully engaged
