This course was an interesting and useful content to discover and learn more about essential health and training. Also, I personally think that I have gained more knowledge and understanding of this course, with a range of content (topics) with videos being presented in this training site. Therefore, I have been able to learn and understand clearly through watching these videos.

This course covered several areas so there was some repetition from previous courses.
