Whilst this did cover all of the potential hazards, some are not relevant to my role. Most was common sense and could have been covered a lot quicker. This was very long winded and no interaction until the end - found it hard to concentrate for long periods on something i'm not engaged with. Would be better to have interactive training.
It was great training, interesting to listen and very informative. In my opinion, one question and answer options in multiple tests could be changed. It was about spillage and are you allowed to clean in up if you are not trained and the right answer was 'yes, you can if you wear the correct PPE', but how do you know what is the right PPE if you haven't receive training? Obviously, if it is water no training needed, but the question was very general, in my opinion.
The course was interesting and very good.
This was a pleasant way of looking at and learning about Health and Safety. Everything was explained clearly and the option to replay the videos was excellent, gave you more time to understand the item being discussed/explained. Overall very pleased with the course and the content, thank you.
