A very concise and basic course, which covers a wide range of subjects, but is primarily aimed at office workers.
I have recently completed the Fire Safety and the DSE assessment training and feel there is quite lot of repetition in this training session. I agree that we should be trained in all elements but it feels a bit like doing the same thing twice as the information is the same. May be worth doing just this one to capture all general H&S and not all the separate ones as well.
