Excellent Health & Safety refresher course, very informative.
Very thorough and informative covering all aspects. Would be good to see regional adaptation for implementation and guidelines.
Training was informative and not too lengthy, ensuring that interest maintained. Captions covered text at the bottom and as such some of the text information on each slide was covered by the respective caption. My workstation does not have sound and therefore I needed to use captions. If this information is important, then it may be missed if Captions are required or used.
Helps to refresh and flag up needed awareness etc
Informative course that is clear and concise
While I have wrong answer to a particular question then I did review the relavent session, there is no quick return to assessment which means I have to get through all the rest course again. Mybe there is a way to do that but I did not find it.
I enjoyed this course and feel equipped with my health and safety knowledge. Thank you, Louise

More training for cleaning staff around cross contamination and how to do certain jobs such as mopping. I know many who have ongoing skeletal issues or sciatica due to incorrect posture while doing certain jobs. I now have issues with a hip and my back thanks to having to do a lot of vacuuming with a cleaner that is too short in the handle causing me, at 5'2" to stoop to reach the floor. Better equipment for staff would lessen a lot of these problems. Even more comfy safety shoes for people like myself who have foot deformities, there's little mention about ppe and its fitting and that can cause as many serious problems as not sitting or standing correctly to do a specific role. It's a broad subject and not everything can be included but if you do away with some of the repetition you could cover more in the areas other than for people who sit at a desk or work in other areas like catering and cleaning. Repeat of the signage and the warning to not mix chemicals would be useful too and maybe just something around using equipment correctly, not just for those who sit all day at computers those who do the physical jobs like cleaning and catering, bed making is heavy work for example and duvet covers are heavy difficult things to manoeuvre.
A great course and very good set up - no lengthy videos and well presented. Spoke clearly and to the point. Interesting to learn.
