Found the section on posture and display screen equipment helpful.
Always helps to remind me about workstation posture and safety in the workplace. But it's frustrating not being able to set the video speed (like youtube and previous learning web site - to watch at 1.5x speed), so I let it play on mute and read the Transcript because it's faster.
