The video content was high-quality, engaging and informative. If I were to suggest one improvement it would be that there is around one hour in content that is not interactive since the quiz is at the end. It may be an idea to break up the content with questions after each section.

Most of the content is really just common sense, however, the workstation seating was informative, as was the chemical sillage.

I felt the inconsistencies in animation and illustration style were a bit disorienting. Also, the animated logos (for fire, for example) in the corner were distracting. Finally, while I understand this has to aimed at all levels, I found myself feeling as if I were back in primary school. Interim assessments at the end of the discrete sections might have been better, as it's a lot to hold in mind, especially if you have to do the course in chunks.
