Individual trainers communicated there individual training aspects exceptionally.
The course was easy to follow and very educative. On completion it gave me a sense of achievement and an appreciation that Urban Saints wishes the best for its volunteers and for the children in its care.
Just one query. I saw a sign in the 'Conclusion' section which was the colour Purple but this was not discussed.
A good course which makes one aware of the workplace environment and potential hazards to watch out for.

I do recognise the importance of H&S and that we have mandatory regulations. But ideally we need to find a way that reduces the length of these presentations. There is also lots of repetition the separate DSE one which I feel like I only completed recently (though it probably wasn't!).
Quite an interesting course some things I knew some I didn't makes you wonder how many things you forget over the years so good to get brushed up on .
Presented in a positive and varied way in small chunks. Main points of each section re-presented in a few bullet points at the end of each chunk.
