It was useful to have it in bite sizes.
Easy to navigate the course, and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend.
Straight forward learning process albeit with a lot to remember
I found the training was concise, engaging and well ordered. It taught me some things I did not know before e.g. about fires. I liked the method of presentation with the short videos and various instructors.
The whole course is relevant to office based work.

This training was very informative and covered a range of everyday health and safety topics we often overlook or take for granted. It gave me good insight into how to keep safe, whilst considering the safety of others. The videos were short and interesting. I would definitely recommend this course, but feel that in order to fully concentrate and give one hundred percentage commitment, time and space needs to be build into ones workload to enable this to happen.
