Tedious, slow presentation and dumbed down beyond belief. A complete waste of my time - I did not learn anything.
This was a good course which comprehensively covered the most common issues which can arise in the workplace. This was an introductory course and further courses would be required for certain job roles and to perform certain tasks, such as fire fighting and first aid.
Well rounded training course that was very well presented.
