It was good to have resources in visual-audio way and written format. It was engaging and didn't appear tedious. Within these formats there was a lot of variety.

Very well delivered. Multiple choice questions throughout and the text at the end were a good way to consolidate the lessons learned.
Great training all around, speakers look very professional and the training is really well put together

managed to put over all the key points from each slide ,and highlighted main things to remember after every slide also didnt go on for too long

Course was presented well with clear and easily to understand videos to gain a good understanding of own responsibilities and those of the company. Plenty of resources to take away .
I found this quite difficult as there was so much very important information.
