It just covered most of what was covered in all of the other courses that I've just completed.

The training was as clear and simple as it could be, easy to follow up with, and it was designed in a way to carry the trainee along. I so much benefit from it, as it has increased my safety awareness in the work place
Very good course. Covers a lot of topics without getting over complicated. Liked the emphasis on everyone doing their bit to keep our work safe. Not enough people taking responsibility these days!
MORE TIME SPENT ABSORBING THAN WATCHING
I found the information was a lot! It was good though because I did not know a lot about health and safety, I am really happy I've been educated by this training. I can go anywhere now and spot signs and understand what's required of me whether I am a visitor or employee.
