Perfect, keep it the training to the point and it covered all the basics.
The subjects are broken into relevant, easy to understand sections incorporating good video and graphics to explain the key points with a summary at the end of each module.
This course explains very clearly H&S in the workplace .Excellent course .
Learnt something new in each of the modules. However, did find some of the information repetitive.
It covers all that one needs to know to keep safe at the workplace and also outside the workplace.

Big helps for refreshing....
This is a very comprehensive course which gives an excellent H&S training whether its the first time you are doing the course or whether it is a refresher. I am pleased to have had the opportunity to re-do the training.
