The course is helpful as a general overview and the issues are clearly explained. It covers a range of health & safety aspects, although many are not relevant to an office environment. It would be useful if the course was either more tailored or followed up with Islington specific information about policies, protocols and reporting. With more people working from home, the lack of recognition of that makes the course feels a little dated. I understand that there is no reference to Covid but with no reference to infection management, it feels more like safety training only.
The course is comprehensive enough to give a wide look at most basic things one needs to know about health and safety.
