This course serves effectively as a first input on health and safety at work, covering the main areas to consider. It will help when progressing to courses on specific areas.

Unfortunately, some of the test questions had graphics that were too large to display correctly, this meant some confusion, when trying to read the question content.Overall, there were a good selection of questions to test the delegate, covering this very broad subject.

Overall I think the training modules were interactive and to the point, however does have some cross over covered in the DSE module so seemed a bit repetitive in parts. Perhaps shorter segments with more interactive questions throughout to keep engagement as I can see a lot of staff potentially not finding the 30 minutes to sit there and complete this in their busy work schedules at certain times. The video and navigation was very easy to use and I liked the multiple choice quiz at the end.

I found this course helpful and easy to follow in the format provided with video and text slides.

There should be an option to take the test first to test prior knowledge and then a link to the info for any questions you get wrong with a re-test for those questions. 48 minutes for a common sense course is too long.

Much of the content is irrelevant to my company or role, and as a mandatory refresher could have been a lot quicker.

I enjoyed the course. This is actually the best H&S video presentation I have seen. Great work!
