It was very interesting as well as informative to learn about different hazards around work and what we should do at different times, e.g. during the incident, before an incidents happens (to prevent it), etc.

A pretty good example of a health and safety course. It wasn't too complex. It was well presented, relatively engaging, and appropriately segmented and sign-posted.
The course was broken down into thirty short units covering a variety of situations. One or two questions made us think, but most had been answered in the content, so we had to listen carefully. Seeing the text summarizing each unit was helpful.

I found the course informative, easy to understand, follow and complete. It was good that it could be paused and completed at my own leisure.
