We had already covered some of the content in a Fire Safety course delivered a few weeks ago which was a waste of time. Some content not relevant to Lantra
All of the information was good, but the presentation could have taken twenty minutes, rather than the slightly over one hour it took me (and I did the slides back to back). Less of the hosts talking about themselves, just get to the info!
These health and safety courses are always good to do to refresh and keep up to date awareness in the work place.
The level of detail in this course has been kept to an interesting level which enables people to remain engaged.

The course covers all the essential basic health & safety requirements. It is set at an easy-to-understand straightforward level, although I don't think it would provide enough information for working on building sites.
Has helped me to understand the hazards that occur in the work place and all the appropriate actions that I need to do, to prevent them happening or getting worse.
