Some useful reminders on certain aspects and a strong emphasis on the shared responsibility for health and safety. I found some parts e.g. the fire triangle/tetrahedron unnecessarily detailed, but then the one fire: one extinguisher rule was memorable. Overall it made what can be, for all its importance, quite a dry subject, interesting and understandable.

Health and safety training is vital but can sometimes feel like a chore. This workshop does a good job at keeping you engaged while you learn, through the use of videos, different trainers, graphics and spot quiz questions to prepare you for the test.
