I am aprofessional and I have comlpleted a very similiar course to this one in my working life. I think this needs to be taken into consideration before assigning courses to ALL peer mentors.
the content is interesting but having to do an almost identical training to the risk assessment training, takes a long time to do. i find it tedious to have to repeat the course again if you get one question wrong. too time consuming.
great refresher and reminder of all principles of health and safety for my role.
