In a busy environment or shared office, it is difficult to hear the video as this cannot be played too loud, so subtitles will help individuals complete the courses at the same time
The H&S Essentials online course was easy to go through in bite sized chunks with the different videos which made it easier to retain the information delivered. It is good to have visual stimulants to help remember what is being taught. Thank you.
