Necessary refresher

An up to date summary which is essential and often overlooked

Thourough but no RPL options

You need a way of recognising prior learning as sitting through this course when you've already completed this training a number of times is a bit excessive. If you have completed this or similar training in the past you should be able to save yourself the time by just doing the exam at the end. feel like i've wasted an entire afternoon sitting through something I've done multiple times.

I really enjoyed the training.

The training was really detailed and educative.All the slides touched on different aspects of health and safety and l am really impressed with the submissions.

As this is a refresher course could it not be condensed down to make it shorter

Need a section on working at height

I think this module needs a section on safe use of steps / stools / short step-ladders, eg for accessing high cupboards / shelves or putting up displays. The Work at Height module is too much for most staff, with info on Scaffolding etc which makes it irrelevant

Relevant and helpful

Liked the change of faces and voices throughout to aid maintaining concentration. Short clips were also good for same reason, keeping information relevant and bite size! It just meant that in between clips as well as clicking play, I had to enlarge to full screen each time on the laptop; extra finger exercise is always good though. Now have a few H&S bits to go and find/follow-up on.
