This course will help me to work in safe work place as I know the causes of hazards and to whom to report and to do LITE before lifting. What to do in a case of fire. To create safe environment for all the staff and the children in my care.

Useful first introduction or refresher for the various topics, but would make the "additional details" sections mandatory in the course. Also include some more specific facts in the information and test, e.g. 80 and 85 dB noise rules for ear protection.

The course is interesting and highlights the importance of health and safety in the office, and all to often we take certain things for granted. a refresher to be aware of our surroundings is always important.
