This was a very useful course which taught me about the prevention of hazards and practical health and safety procedures, so I can act better at my workplace.

Several health and safety issues were addressed during the training and each section was detailed and informative. I am much more aware of how to sit correctly at a desk to reduce back and eye issues.

The video demonstrations are clear and easy to understand. There is enough time to complete the end of course tests. The additional information PDFs are very useful. You can save them for future ref.

Its always good to revisit and refresh this content - very informative and nicely illustrated.The only thing that would make the course better from my point of view is to be able to control the speed of the presentation eg be able to listen at a quicker pace similar to what you can do with narration/video speed on youtube.
For people that have already completed lots of health and safety courses it would have been great to have a brief summary version as the session was unnecessarily long for me
