Probably one of the easiest but concise course. Some courses are lengthy and unnecessary, but this was good because it gave the essentials.
field engineers do not work in an office so the section on sitting at desks etc is totally irrelevant, we visit customers premises and have to abide by there health and safety practises,
Allow skipping of the overlong videos.
