I question the answer to the workstation: asked if hips should be at same level as knees or slightly lower. I understood that they should be at same level, but can be slightly lower! I felt this could be a misleading question. I therefore gave the course a 4 as opposed to a 5. Feel much more confident and knowledgeable at what to do re H&S in both the workplace and at home.
