I liked the fact that each video was so short, made it easier to stay focussed on the different topics. Also was very clear and simple and just what you needed to know.

Useful refresher and some updates to incorporate remote/ hybrid working and focus on home working. I liked the visual demonstrations using two trainers, one to narrate and one to demonstrate.
