It's really important and helpful
Content is ok but number of very short videos is annoying and wastes time

Much of the course seems to have been covered in other training e.g. lifting, fire safety etc. with clips cut and pastes to form the training session (The presenter even joked about one of the clips of himself and how he looked different because of his hair). It therefore felt a bit superfluous.
