It covered all the necessary subjects in a clear and easy to understand way.
Comprehensive coverage, but a lot of common sense stated, which gets irritating, which in turn then loses attention to the content. If I didn't know anything about H&S then this is fine, but as a refresh course it went on too long, and some of the common sense areas could have been covered by a bullet point list, rather than video demos.
A really clear and helpful reminder of some of the most important aspects of health and safety that we all need to be responsible for, in addition to a detailed review of what to do in difficult situations, such as accidents, fires and chemical spills.
