A little vague , pointless even as all points are covered in other courses .
A lot of overlap / repetition of what is in with Fire Safety Course. Manual handling of inanimate objects useful and very clear. Liked diagrams and graphics. Added variety. I think it covered too much and could be split. Overall, it was a useful refresher
This is a good overview of Health and Safety Essentials but it pulls together excerpts from the courses on Fire Awareness, Fire Warden, Manual Handling, DSE Essentials and Health and Safety for Homeworkers, which makes it a bit repetitive if you have already done these more in-depth units.
Clear and Concise and easy too do

Pictures and videos very good in explaining the course
The information provided was a bit basic and most of it not applicable to my job at the institute, but it was definitely useful to have a general overview of the health and safety procedures. One small gripe is that, even that I know it's mandated by law to do these kind of things, it's difficult to put aside a couple of hours to go through it as most of us are very busy

Very dry and boring. Some of the test questions were so obvious. Generic training which is not suitable to everyone so wastes time.
