I stand all day so knowing how too sit at a desk all day, using keyboards and monitors is all entirely useless information for me I sincerely hope that the training videos improve, otherwise it will be a very long and boring course.

covered everything but was quite long, that's my view
So much of this had been covered in the other training courses though I appreciate it has to be covered in this one.
Training was very clear and easy to understand.
More needed around ergonomics of desk setup and safe use of keyboard, mouse particularly for extended periods. How often to break from sitting at a desk and particularly for how long etc
The course provided a lot of practical information around working and moving safely in an office or other work environment. Inevitably, much of the focus is based on offices, though there was some recognition that many of the risks apply equally in a home working context. The practical aspects of setting up a display screen properly were well covered.
