A useful reminder and refresher on the importance of Health & Safety in the workplace.

Although there was some overlap with the other modules (not necessarily a bad thing, but if anyone has done all the specialist modules, it could be irksome), the content was useful as a reminder.

Very easy to navigate and extremely informal .

It’s good but is maybe in need of a few more details or examples in some instances - like photographic examples perhaps. The videos of people falling and examples of correct posture in the sitting at a desk example or lifting packages were good and visually explained things well. I do think the graphics/animations are terrible, perhaps they could be a bit more realistic, but understand those things cost money to make, but don’t explain visually very well.

I think that it was good. There were many points which I need to think about with regard to my work station, electrical appliances and general maintenance of my work area. As I work from home....in Spain, the laws, signage and regulations are somewhat different and didn't necessarily apply to me.

Good information.
