Not relevant to a manual profession and very outdated. There's a lot more science available now re: posture and psychology.
As a new starter this helped me to understand some of the risks in the office workplace and how if they were to occur I could deal with them in a safe manner. I am now confident if something were to happen around my work area I would know what to do and have a better understanding on how we could prevent it from happening again.

The training course is very useful as it allows me to understand how to deal with a variety of scenarios in the workplace. The course is also very informative and engaging, which allows me. To review health and safety in the work place and be prepared to complete the assessment at the end. This course has provided a reminder and update with regards to Health and Safety at work
