Found this course to be very thorough and cover all bases.

The video demonstrations and examples of dangers are good. However one of the animations was confusing. The presenters are dressed in black, on a white background, and the videography feels like it uses a grey filter. It is visually unappealing and makes it harder to concentrate. The training is focused on an office environment and it doesn't include guidance on customers entering the building, particularly children and old people, which is a large part of my role- perhaps this is covered in a different course? I am left confused by the test questions on fire: why is there both a fire triangle and a fire tetrahedron??

Had to do training with subtitles as could not find volume , some of the titles where blocked out . apart from this very interesting.

This is one of the most useful courses I have done, so completed it willingly (many we are sent are so irrelevant to my job it feels like one size/course fits all and are a waste of time). Nothing was new, but it's relevant and good to review. I like the subheadings and the way you can move between pages, download extra information a get a certificate at the end.
