Great course - The ergonomic workstation information would particularly have been incredibly useful and prevented much recurring pain if I had this knowledge in my younger years. I am now aged 65 but I spent many of my younger years working in office environments where the effects of lack of awareness have caused long term skeletal damage, e.g. having a telephone held and supported between my shoulder and neck whilst using typewriters and keyboards. I hope this course will educate people early and prevent anyone suffering in this way in the future.
