Good course but with quite a bit of overlap with the other courses I had been enrolled on
I really like how this is presented. I like the presenters (how they vary). I really like that each video is timed and you can count down to know what is left. I do multiple training videos with different organisations and this is by far the best!
The course was fine, it definitely helps jog your memory
Great course - The ergonomic workstation information would particularly have been incredibly useful and prevented much recurring pain if I had this knowledge in my younger years. I am now aged 65 but I spent many of my younger years working in office environments where the effects of lack of awareness have caused long term skeletal damage, e.g. having a telephone held and supported between my shoulder and neck whilst using typewriters and keyboards. I hope this course will educate people early and prevent anyone suffering in this way in the future.
