was good and the format of videos was really good and it was easy to break up into chunks and so was manageable, however it wasn’t relevant to my job basically at all, lots of stuff about sitting at desks etc which i won’t be doing

Information regarding health and safety in this course was explained in a clear and concise way. The information, although at sometimes unnecessary to my direct work responsibilities, is helpful to know at always, even in private life.
Every necessary aspect appears to be covered to give the needed understanding of the importance of health and safety in the workplace and the way to stay safe
