Easy to understand and can revisit each part if you so wish too
Was very helpful to refresh on different aspects and be more aware or danger
Very easy to follow course. The short sections kept it concise and easy to remember distinct sections. Diagrams and animations were very helpful.
Would prefer bite sized training finding an hour to complete this at the moment is hard and it needs a refresh. Also not very relevant to where I work 99% of the time.

The course was to the point, not lots of information not needed ,all relevant. Its good to refresh knowledge and it makes you take a look around your environment and notice, put right anything that could be a hazard or risk.
The straight was simple to follow at a manageable pace and clear.
