You can just get straight on no hassle with passwords really good
Perhaps 2 parts to break it up. You don't always want to stop, you just want to get it done.. especially when it has to be in your own time to complete just a suggestion.

Covered health n safety .common sense ..could be more about ,use of equipment etc ovens,hot water..
