Very good to have the short videos, even though I hate pressing next all the time!
The course is straight forward and easy to follow and gives a good grasp of the fundementals that need to be understood to develop an understanding of the H&S essentials

Sorry nothing about kitchen work all about office work
It's easy to become complacent, particularly if one has received this training many times in the past. Yesterday I went to pick up a kettle of boiling water with my arm outstretched from my body and realized in time that I should turn, move my feet and pick it up safely, then carry it to the coffee pot! Doing what you have always done without harm doesn't mean you will always be safe, so thank you for this valuable reminder.
