I found this training session really clear and helpful but felt that it repeated itself slightly.

How could you make us suffer with more repetition of the monitor course, that was more than enough for anyone to lose the will to live and now more of the same. Again, too long, too repetitive and, for the most part, stating the obvious. Could be done in 10 minutes, maximum. Can't wait for the session so that I can waste even more of the time I don't have to do my proper job! Other than that, the talking was clear and the video was fine so it can have a star for that alone.

I found this a useful refresher from last year. I last sat this module eighteen months ago. I think I need to learn a bit more about this area as common sense is not a natural strength for me. I work in a busy public building with a range of hazards and obstacles. I also solo-manage in a branch as required which means I need to understand these issues.
The course was easy to follow with good amount of content for the subject. The training people on the video were clear and concise, the visual content was pitched at the right time to accompany the spoken word. I found the additional content was very useful to give more insight.
