I have just returned to the UK after a long absences, so most of the content of this course was new to me. It was logically presented and I was able to understand each small chunk of info before moving on to the next.

Very informative content covering all the main areas of Health and Safety, giving enough information to raise an individuals awareness and of the implication of a person not paying attention to everyday potentially dangerous scenarios and situations.
