I found the whole process very informative because it’s always good to learn important heath and safety knowledge whilst being at work.
Everything was covered. The combination of video and transcripts was very useful. I copied these in electronic notes as I went along together with written notes. All of this helped things sink in but was invaluable for the Test. I also have the material as a ongoing reference resource too. It was nice to get an instant Certificate to keep as well.
