In all I found it a lot to remember. It helped to replay video's a few times.

The training covered a great range of areas. However, each area was brief, clear and to the point. It encompassed enough areas to not need separate training sessions, but at the same time, it was a lot of information and the quiz at the end didn't cover enough, in my opinion. Perhaps separating the training into different areas can help test comprehension of the training material in more depth.
