the videos and content were well explained and made it easy to refresh my memory. The test at the end test the whole subject and was easy to follow
My overriding thought on the last 40 mins of my life I wasted on this, is that I am extremely greatful to have lived in the Uk during an era of no major world wars. If my fellow countrymen need reminding to blink as it’s a good lubricator for the eye balls, or how to sit at a desk then I don’t fancy out chances against an invading enemy.

A good refresher course for all to take every few years

I thought that this was well presented clear and understandable. It reminds us that it is not just the employers responsibility, but we all have a responsibility for health and safety. Viewing this course and taking the test demonstrates how easy it is to forget certain aspect.
