As a secondary school, virtually all our staff have an excellent command of English and most are educated to degree level; they are familiar with processing information. This course is delivered at a faster pace than many other course on offer and that really suits us. On another point, it's really good to see to see a wide range of people as presenters and depicted in the videos. Not everyone in the workforce is male and white, and it's clear someone has thought about this. In one of the videos a woman climbs a ladder. It's a little thing, but it can be so important in what we a striving to do in a secondary school.
