I had already completed the Fire Training, COSHH and Display Screen training. I found that the Essential Health & Safety Training repeated a lot of these courses and was unnecessary.
My only negative would be that some of the content is repeated in several areas in the home health and safety video.

The training was good, the video's were not too long and simple to follow. The only stumbling blocks were if some questions didn't make sense, as I am dyslexic, some questions didn't make sense to me, but I could visual show/act them out.
