The Essential Health and Safety Training was an excellent course and identified key areas in General Health and Safety in various situations. For example, Mail Handling - how to carry out a task in the safest way using the LITE Assessment.
I've had to complete the same training, time and time again - I know how to lift a box, I know how to raise the fire alarm, I know how to site at my PC
