Very clear and spoken at a good pace.
It's a great refresher course. Knowing that small changes in and out of the workplace, can prevent avoidable accidents and emergencies.

There is way too much information on this. Whilst some of it applies to me, I wouldn't ever be handling hazardous chemicals at work. It should be tailored to the job role specifically.
