I found to course interesting and enjoyable and it reminds you again about some hazardous situations within the workplace.
I enjoy iHASCO training. It is informative, and includes creative ideas to engage useful methods of interaction. with the audience i.e. Graphics, video, and quizzes.

This wasted an hour of my life. There was no need to have to sit through this as we had to learn it all to have the job in the first place, and practice it everyday. Most of it was irrelevant despite asking what my job was.
A useful refresher on H&S essentials.
Presenters were clear and made dry subject entertaining.
