The content and delivery is first class and easy to follow particularly the section on use of step ladders and ladders.

The program was concise and simple and in handy bite-size chunks. I liked that it had an audio narrative along with the option for subtitle narrative if you need it.I didn't feel bored by the end of it. The down points were that it is not as interactive as I would have liked, providing a temptation for employees to quickly flick through the program in a hurry if they so desired!

A good introduction to the complex subject of Health and Safety; ideal for staff induction or as a periodic reminder of everyone's responsibilityies with respect to the five essentials.

I thought the program was very thorough in all the different sections, I liked the test at the end following the program as this made you aware of what you had learnt and areas that needed to be improved. It was not boring and fun to use unlike some programs I have used in the past. I particularly liked the spot the difference and the signage as the latter sometimes gets over looked. Thank you for an interesting program making health and safety enjoyable.

Well structured and straightforward

Very pleased with the training, interactive and with very good diagrams and visual aid. Good detailed instructions and demonstrations. Helped me understand and learn more about fires and how to prevent them.
